Hotel Marinhos is situated in one of the best spots on the beach with amazing, unobstructed views of the bay. There is an excellent al a Carte restaurant serving Portuguese and continental cuisine and a fully licensed bar. The rooms are smart, clean and comfortable with ceiling fans and en-suite bathroom (hot and cold water), some with bath (and a view of the bay), others with a shower. All the rooms are serviced daily.

Tofo Beach Cottages 

Tofo Beach Cottages are 5 houses that sleep from 4 to 6 people each. All are fully equipped and serviced. Three of the houses are situated side by side up on the dunes with stunning views overlooking beautiful Tofinho Beach (about 10 minutes walk from Tofo Beach). The fourth is a very cool and comfortable reed house, again fully equipped and serviced, and is situated a little further along Tofinho and slightly closer to Tofo Beach. The last house is situated right on the beach at Tofo – just step straight out onto the sand.

Prices are as follows:

SA Rand 400.00 (approximately US $55.00) per day for each of the three Tofinho houses

SA Rand 350.00 (approximately US $48.00) per day for the reed house

SA Rand 450.00 (approximately US $55.00) per day for the house on Tofo Beach

Blue Roof Lodge

These six luxury self catering chalets are situated on the cliff-top at Tofinho - one of the most beautiful spots in the area with stunning views of the dramatic coastline. It is only a short walk to beautiful secluded bays and approximately a 15-20 minute walk to Tofo. Each chalet sleeps six people and has a fully equipped kitchen.

Prices: High Season - 350 Rands per night per room
          Low Season - 350,000 Meticais per night per room

Albatroz Holiday Cottages are situated on the top of the dunes overlooking Tofo Bay, 5 minutes walk from the beach. The cottages are self-catering, fully serviced (with maid, ice, charcoal, laundry service, etc.) and sleep either 4 to 6 or 8 people. The resort has an excellent restaurant and bar and is one of the coolest and breeziest places in Tofo! The restaurant offers first class meals at reasonable prices and incredible views of Tofo Bay.

Pensao Pachica is a backpackers and budget tourist lodge located in Inhambane Town. The residence is situated on the edge of the sea on the bay of Inhambane. It offers accommodation ranging from dormitory beds to private rooms and camping. They also offer internet services and email, meals including Mozambican fare, bar and refreshments, tours through town and a wealth of information on where to go, what to do and how to get anywhere.

Prices are as follows:

Dunes Paradise

Dunes Paradise is a complex of wooden houses, beautifully built, high up on the dunes behind Tofo Beach.  They have stunning views over the dunes and the ocean.   Each house is full equipped (except for towels) and serviced.    One house sleeps 4 and the others sleep 6-8 people. 

 Prices are as follows:

House for 4 people:  Mts 1,000,000 per night

Houses for 6-8 people: Mts 1,200,000 per night

Casa John complex consists of 4 luxury houses that sleep 6-8 people.  They are based in Tofinho, at the furthest point (about 30 minute walk from Tofo) with incredible views over the ocean and down the coastline.  They are fully furnished and fully equipped.  

Price:

Low Season: R800 per day. Special rate for bookings longer than 14 days (R720 per day)
High Season: R1000 per day. Special rate for bookings longer than 14 days (R900 per day)

Casa Amarella (sleeps 8) has 2 separate double rooms with en-suite bathroom, connected to the main house by wooden walkways.  The main house consists of 2 additional double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, lounge/kitchen and huge veranda.

Price:

Entire house (sleeps 8):  R1,400 per night (minimum 5 nights)
Front house (sleeps 4):   R600 per night (minimum 5 nights)

Casa John (3 houses) are beautifully laid out with large lounge/kitchen area, veranda, three double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom) and one additional bathroom.  Each house sleeps 6 people

 Price:        R1200 per night (minimum 5 nights)

Fatima's Nest

Fatima’s Nest is situated centrally, right on the beach front on the top of the dunes in Tofo.  They offer the only camping on Tofo Beach, plus fixed tents for hire, dorm accommodation and small, ocean-facing chalets with separate ablutions.  Their beach front bar and restaurant offers cold beers, good music and an excellent seafood buffet nightly.  They even have shaded hammocks on the beach for their customers to use.

Prices are as follows:

Dorm:                Mts 150,000 per person

Fixed Tents:        Mts 150,000 single and Mts 250,000 sharing

Camping:        Mts 100,000 per person
