Scuba Somalia
Was great diving with you guys – would rather like to be back;-)
I was out in the field the other day when a young boy mentioned that he thought there might be some hand grenades and other UXO (unexploded ordinance: bombs) stored in a house near him. To try and get more information we asked him to draw a picture. He started drawing in the sand but it wasn’t so clear. Low and behold, the only piece of writable paper I had on me was a Diversity Scuba sticker. Check out the photo.
So thanks Diversity Scuba for your help in clearing explosive contaminants of war from Somalia!
Warm Regards,

Diversity hosted the world premier of "Shark Nights" a documentary by Mike Sharkman Rutzen. The roof top bar was packed for this special viewing which coincided with the release in England, Italy and France.
Mike was kind enough to release it here and give a talk on the film after the showing about shark conservation and education. It was based on documenting for the first time sharks behaviour at night, the journey took him from Basas Da India down to Cape Town. A very special doco which we would recommend to divers and non divers alike
Thanks Mike and to all who attended
