At Diversity Scuba we offer IANTD Technical courses from Deep diver up to the more advanced Technical/Normoxic Trimix. Courses are run to suit the needs of the student, at your own pace and skill level.

The theory section is conducted in our modern classroom with all lectures face to face with your instructor. Confined water skill practice is held in our onsite pool, where you will be practicing your new skills, such as shutting down an isolation valve.

The open water dives are held at our world class reefs in this amazing area. Depending on the course that you choose to undertake you will have up to six dives on various reef systems, with up to 20 minutes longer than the average recreational diver. This gives you a more personal encounter with the aquatic life, such as Mantas, Sharks, Turtles and Whale Sharks.

Your Instructor, Steve Thorley, has been diving for over 16 years and has been diving in this region since 2004. Steve has extensive qualifications with both recreational and technical diving as well as being a gas blending technician, decompression chamber operator, and dive medical technician. DEEP DIVER 17,000.00 mtn
This Program is designed to provide responsible training to divers who plan to dive to a maximum of (39 msw) on air.
The IANTD Deep Diver Program trains divers in skills, performance, theory and planning of deep dives. This Program remains within the commonly practiced depth of (39 msw), and is the first sanctioned international Program to provide proper training in safe deep diving skills and performance.
To complete this course you will need 4 day, which includes theory, confined water dives and 4 ocean dives.

ADVANCED EANx 18,000.00 mtn
This Program is designed to extend the diver’s knowledge in the use of EANx for Sport diving. It further develops diving skills and provides a greater understanding of the EANx concept of diving.
The Program employs EANx mixes from 21% to a maximum of 50% oxygen.
To complete this program it will take you 4 days, this includes theory, confined water dives and 4 ocean dives.

This Program is designed to train divers to conduct dives to depths between (30 msw) and at the instructors option up to (51 msw) using custom blend breathing gas mixtures; and to provide greater understanding of custom blend breathing gas mixtures, a complete knowledge of the limits of any EANx mixture, and the use of EANx and oxygen for decompression.
This course runs for 4 days and consists of confined water dives, theory, 5 ocean dives.

This Program is designed to train competent personnel in the safe handling of oxygen and the preparation of EANx.
This course is theory based with a portion of hands on mixing gases.
