DIVERSITYScuba is a IDC 5 Stars PADI Diving Center  and Tofo's longest running operating scuba dive center. Based on the beautiful Tofo Beach in Inhambane Province, Mozambique, we are confident we can offer our customers some of the most spectacular scuba diving in the Indian Ocean.

Our coral reefs are abundant with marine life. We have one of the highest Whale Shark populations in the world, with all-year-round sightings with the best chance of seeing these beautiful creatures through the summer months (November to April/May). During the Winter months (May to October), large numbers of Humpback Whales migrate along the coastline and come very close to shore in the Tofo area. The Humpback Whale population is growing every year and we are lucky enough to be seeing more and more of these incredible animals on scuba in season.

DIVERSITYScuba is the diving center that most Mozambican diving professionals have certified across the country.
Our program starts with teaching local Inhambane area residents to swim and improve their physical condition in order to be chosen to fulfill their dream of being professional divers.

During the program they learn to read and write foreign languages ​​like English. Improving mother tongue, the Portuguese, Learning marketing and sales techniques, logistics, electronics, multimedia.

We have already trained around 50 professionals, 7 of whom belong to the DIVERSITYScuba internal staff.

We continue and strive to do the best we know to qualify Mozambicans to make their dreams come true.

At this moment DIVERSITYScuba is composed of 97 Mozambican workers, including Instructors and Divemasters. we have mechanics, drivers, skippers, administrators, activity guides, masseuses, electricians, gardeners, guards.

The growth of DIVERSITYScuba owes much to the effort of all of our staff and providers who do everything for the growth of Inhambane tourism.
