- 100% return of purchased items: DIVERSITYScuba refunds the full order amount including the original shipping cost

- Partial return of purchased items: DIVERSITYScuba refunds the value of the returned item and the part corresponding to the shipping cost

- Return in case of manufacturing defect: DIVERSITYScuba checks whether the situation falls under the Warranty and in case of acceptance, returns the full amount paid (item value + shipping value)

- The refund is processed when the item is received and checked at the diveshop.

All orders are shipped from Portugal to the whole world. According to the country, there is an additional cost to be agreed with our customers. All articles can only be sold to DIVERSITYScuba customers.

Depending on the items available and the country of the buyer's location, orders can take 7 to 20 days to arrive.
