Nitrox is the latest and safest way of diving for the recreational diver. You can do a taster with the Nitrox adventure dive or take part in the two (half days) day Nitrox speciality course. There is a little theory involved and two ocean dives. Diving on enriched air will allow you to stay down for longer on the deeper dives, definitely a must for this area. And some people report feeling more lively and energetic after these dives due to the enriched air.
